One of the most prolific jewelry designers of the last century, Roberto Coin creates more than six hundred designs yearly, each one reflecting his careful attention to detail. "My first teacher told me, 'Roberto, you have to make jewelry like God made woman: beautiful from every angle, top to bottom,'" he laughs. That's especially apparent in his new Claire de Lune bangle and ring, a sleek, 1950s-inspired set in gold and tiger eye. "Ah, not everyone will like that piece," Coin concedes. "Certain jewelry, only classy people understand."
