Prosecco has all the perks of Champagne—it's light, sparkling and delicious—but without the astronomical price tag. Italy's native bubbly is often served at parties, celebrations or "anytime, for that matter," says Ian D'Agata, bene's wine expert. "It's easygoing and refreshing, with peach and green apple aromas." Just be sure your bottle says Conegliano or Valdobbiadene, which are the only regions that have the DOC (denominazione di origine controlla) for the prosecco grape.
